Oversee and manage the daily operations of our distribution department, including scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution processes and increase efficiency.
Lead and motivate a team of distribution staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing and sales, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all company and industry safety standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory and resolve any discrepancies.
Proactively identify and address potential supply chain issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on distribution operations and make recommendations for improvement.
Train and develop distribution staff to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Distribution Operations Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Distribution Processes, Inventory Management, And Logistics Operations.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Distribution Personnel.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Customer Satisfaction And Continuous Improvement.
