Manage inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving and processing merchandise.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, backroom, and stockroom.
Assist with setting up displays and merchandise signage to enhance the customer experience.
Monitor and report any discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
Follow safety and security procedures to protect company assets and prevent loss.
Communicate with vendors and distribution centers to resolve any issues or delays.
Conduct inventory audits and assist with regular cycle counts.
Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs in the store.
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any inquiries or concerns.
Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Participate in training programs to develop knowledge and skills in retail operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
