Job Qualifications
Cosmetology License: A Valid License To Practice Hair Styling In The State In Which The Jcpenney Salon Is Located Is A Must-Have Qualification For Any Hair Stylist Position.
Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Hair Stylist, Preferably In A Retail Or Salon Setting, Is Required For This Job.
Knowledge Of Hair Products And Techniques: Extensive Knowledge Of Various Hair Products And Styling Techniques, Including Cutting, Coloring, And Chemical Treatments, Is Essential For This Role.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Necessary To Interact With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Them With A Satisfactory Salon Experience.
