Keep up-to-date with current beauty trends, products, and techniques in order to provide accurate and relevant recommendations to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and return business.
Demonstrate and promote proper use and application of products to customers.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling beauty products.
Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including regularly restocking products and ensuring a visually appealing display.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to create a cohesive and positive shopping experience for customers.
Attend training and development opportunities to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety, loss prevention, and inventory control.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
Act as a brand ambassador for JCPenney, promoting the company’s values and mission.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and department sales goals.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and beauty demonstrations.
