Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences, and provide recommendations and advice as needed.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
Work as part of a team to meet salon goals and objectives, including sales targets and customer service goals.
Continuously develop and improve skills through training and education opportunities provided by the company.
Communicate effectively with salon management and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
