Greet and welcome customers to JCPenney with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Operate cash register accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area and surrounding areas.
Assist customers with finding products and making recommendations based on their needs.
Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Keep up-to-date on current sales and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Uphold JCPenney’s standards of excellence in customer service and contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment.
Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay informed about company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
