Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments.
Organize and maintain stockroom and sales floor to ensure a neat and organized appearance.
Assist with visual merchandising to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
Assist with store maintenance tasks, such as restocking supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the JCPenney brand and products.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Take initiative to identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
Continuously strive to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Inventory Management Systems.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Required; Bachelor’s Degree In Operations Management Or Related Field Preferred.
1-2 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team.
