Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge and passion for home decor and furnishings to assist customers with their purchases.
Utilize strong sales techniques to promote and sell JCPenney’s home products.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including merchandising and restocking products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and strengthen customer loyalty.
