Providing exceptional hair styling services to clients in accordance with their desired look and JCPenney’s standards.
Demonstrating creativity and expertise in hair styling techniques to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintaining a clean and organized work station to create a comfortable and inviting environment for clients.
Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing recommendations when necessary.
Ensuring that all services are performed in a timely manner.
Keeping up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
Upholding JCPenney’s policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
Building and maintaining a strong client base through excellent customer service and quality work.

Maintaining a valid cosmetology license and staying up to date with all required certifications and training.
