Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at JCPenney.
Perform a variety of grooming services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other styling techniques.
Stay up-to-date on current trends and techniques in the barbering industry to continually improve skills and provide the best services to clients.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all sanitation and safety protocols.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
Utilize strong listening and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and achieve desired results.
Promote and sell JCPenney’s grooming products to clients.
Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
Adhere to JCPenney’s standards and policies, including dress code and professional conduct.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assist with maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Handle client complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Continuously strive to meet sales and service goals set by the company.
