Manage and maintain the organization of the stockroom to ensure all products are easily accessible and readily available for customers.
Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and completeness.
Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or low stock levels to management.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all products are properly displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
Assist customers in finding products and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular stockroom audits to ensure accuracy and proper placement of all products.
Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure that all products are properly tagged and labeled.
Keep the stockroom clean and organized at all times.
Assist with store-wide inventory counts and participate in stockroom organization projects.
Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to provide information and recommendations to customers.
Follow safety and security procedures when handling inventory and operating equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code and attendance.
Continuously strive to improve stockroom processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Calvin Klein with passion and enthusiasm.

Strong Organizational Skills: Stockroom Specialists Must Be Able To Efficiently Track And Manage Inventory In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment. This Requires Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Qualified Stockroom Specialist Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Receiving And Shipping Procedures, And Stock Replenishment Processes.
Physical Stamina: This Role Often Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, So Physical Stamina And The Ability To Stand For Extended Periods Of Time Are Important Qualifications.
Familiarity With Pos Systems: Stockroom Specialists Should Be Comfortable Using Point-Of-Sale (Pos) Systems And Inventory Management Software To Accurately Track And Update Inventory Levels.
Team Player Mentality: This Position Requires Working Closely With Other Team Members, Including Sales Associates And Store Managers, To Ensure The Smooth Flow Of Merchandise In And Out Of The Stockroom. A Positive And Team-Oriented Attitude Is Essential For Success In This Role.
