Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring they have a positive and memorable shopping experience at Calvin Klein.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of our brand, products, and current fashion trends to assist customers with their purchases.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate this information to customers.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling Calvin Klein products.
Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed correctly and accurately.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory management, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store goals and objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to provide valuable insight and feedback to management.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a professional and safe work environment.
Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions to management.
Attend and participate in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Represent the Calvin Klein brand with passion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
