Assist the Store Manager in daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to: opening and closing procedures, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Train and develop a team of sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and company policies and procedures.
Monitor sales goals and performance metrics, and take necessary actions to drive sales and meet targets.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Calvin Klein image and values, and ensuring all team members do the same.
Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with scheduling and payroll management to ensure adequate staffing and budget compliance.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to: employee code of conduct, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.
Stay updated on current fashion trends and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Assist in organizing and executing store events and promotions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or higher management.

Job Qualifications
