Supervise the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
Train new and existing employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Monitor and analyze sales trends and provide feedback and recommendations to store management.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards to ensure a visually appealing and organized shopping environment.
Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet company objectives.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other supervisors and store management to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases to effectively promote and sell merchandise.
Handle any employee performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in recruiting and hiring new sales associates as needed.
Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the values and image of Calvin Klein at all times.

Job Qualifications
