Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming and positive shopping experience.

Train and develop new and existing team members on brand standards, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and take proactive measures to drive sales and meet targets.

Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide styling recommendations to customers and team members.

Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient store operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase store productivity and profitability.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth and development.

Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards.

Maintain inventory levels and assist with receiving and processing shipments.

Uphold and promote a strong brand image and adhere to all company guidelines and values.

Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to make proactive recommendations for improvement.

Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect company assets.

Job Qualifications
