Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by greeting them, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.

Assist with sales transactions, including processing payments and handling returns or exchanges.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing.

Actively listen to customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.

Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make sales.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Effectively communicate with customers and team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience.

Maintain knowledge of all store policies and procedures to accurately assist customers and handle any issues that may arise.

Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing new merchandise shipments.

Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.

Support store initiatives and events to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Embody the Calvin Klein brand by maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.

Job Qualifications
