Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the customer experience and sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Lead and mentor a team of customer experience and sales associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including but not limited to improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives that drive business growth and meet or exceed targets.

Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for strategies to optimize performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, to maintain high standards of customer service and sales.

Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to continuously improve their product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.

Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Act as a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein, promoting our brand values and maintaining a strong presence in the market.

Keep abreast of industry trends and competition, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Experience And Sales Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry.

 

Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With A Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.

 

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Customers, Colleagues, And Senior Management.

 

Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And A Passion For The Calvin Klein Brand, With The Ability To Provide Expert Product Knowledge And Styling Advice To Customers.

 

Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.
