Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs and recommending suitable Calvin Klein products.
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and increase sales.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to the store manager.
Attend product knowledge and sales training sessions to continuously improve selling techniques and customer service skills.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Calvin Klein brand.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Stay aware of promotions, sales, and special events to effectively promote and sell Calvin Klein products.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and sales processes.

Job Qualifications
Previous Sales Experience: A Verkaufsberater In Teilzeit At Calvin Klein Should Have Prior Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In The Fashion Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Meet Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of Fashion And Brand: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fashion Trends And The Calvin Klein Brand. This Will Enable Them To Accurately Advise Customers And Promote The Brand’s Products.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Verkaufsberater, The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Customers Is Crucial. Candidates Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Both German And English.
Customer Service Oriented: Providing Excellent Customer Service Is Essential In This Role. Candidates Should Have A Friendly And Approachable Demeanor, As Well As The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Them In A Timely Manner.
Flexibility And Availability: As A Part-Time Position, Candidates Should Be Able To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends. They Should Also Be Available To Cover Shifts On Short Notice, As Needed.
