Oversee and manage all aspects of the salon, including daily operations, scheduling, and staff management.

Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and organized salon space.

Lead a team of skilled stylists and estheticians by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality services and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, increase sales, and meet revenue targets.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive and offers the latest services to customers.

Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies and products as needed.

Collaborate with other departments within JCPenney to promote salon services and cross-sell with other product offerings.

Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic salon environment.

Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, discuss performance, and address any concerns or issues.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales, staff performance, and other key metrics.

Participate in hiring and training new salon staff to ensure a high-performing team.
