Responsible for maintaining and organizing inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers
Collaborate with management and team members to develop and implement efficient store operations processes
Conduct daily store walks to identify and address any operational issues or concerns
Assist with the implementation of new operational procedures and train team members accordingly
Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and visual standards to create an inviting customer experience
Support loss prevention efforts by following all company procedures and policies
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and responsibilities
Consistently meet and exceed productivity goals set by management
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions to management
