Greet and welcome customers to JCPenney’s beauty department with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, actively listening to their needs, and offering personalized beauty recommendations.
Demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of various beauty products, including skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of different beauty products and help them select the best products for their specific needs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide customers with the most current and relevant information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including restocking products and keeping displays neat and visually appealing.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department.
Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, following company policies and procedures.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for customers and associates.
Act as a brand ambassador for JCPenney, representing the company’s values and promoting a positive image to customers.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and departmental sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
