Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products to customers

Maintain a thorough understanding of current fashion trends and Calvin Klein product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers

Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions

Ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked by regularly restocking and organizing merchandise

Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, including fitting rooms and displays

Proactively resolve customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times

Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store goals and objectives

Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills

Job Qualifications

Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Sales Associate At Calvin Klein Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Fashion Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Engage And Assist Customers, As Well As Meet Sales Targets.

 

Strong Communication Skills: As The Face Of The Brand, A Sales Associate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Promote Calvin Klein Products. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Provide Product Knowledge, And Handle Customer Complaints Or Inquiries.
