Represent the Calvin Klein brand by providing exceptional customer service to all customers.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends and products in order to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs, while also upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising products.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.

Attend and participate in all required training and meetings.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.

Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.

Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by management.

Job Qualifications

Prior Retail Experience: A Temporary Sales Associate At Calvin Klein Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In Fashion Or Luxury Retail. This Will Ensure They Have A Good Understanding Of Customer Service, Sales Techniques, And Brand Knowledge.
