Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential material suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective options for the company.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure favorable terms for the company.
Collaborate with design and production teams to understand product requirements and source materials accordingly.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in sourcing practices to continuously improve the sourcing process.
Manage the sourcing timeline to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks on materials to ensure they meet Calvin Klein’s standards.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to provide updates on sourcing progress and address any issues that may arise.
Keep detailed and accurate records of sourcing activities, including costs, lead times, and supplier information.
Assist in identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Stay up-to-date with ethical and sustainable sourcing practices and incorporate them into the sourcing strategy.
Work closely with the production team to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of the sourcing process.
Participate in supplier meetings and industry events to stay informed about market trends and build relationships with potential suppliers.
Contribute to the development of sourcing strategies and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Job Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Sourcing And Procurement, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Knowledge Of Global Sourcing Strategies And Supply Chain Processes.
Strong Analytical And Negotiation Skills.
Familiarity With Production And Manufacturing Processes, Including Cost Analysis And Quality Control.
