Provide exceptional nail services to clients, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Consult with clients to determine their nail care needs and preferences.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to offer the latest and most innovative nail services.
Maintain a clean and organized salon workstation, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
Follow company protocols and procedures for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client records.
Work collaboratively with other salon team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
Actively promote salon services and products to clients to increase sales and revenue.
Attend training and educational workshops to continuously improve and enhance skills.
Adhere to all company policies and guidelines, including dress code and code of conduct.
Handle client complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by working well with team members and managers.
Continuously maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the JCPenney brand with integrity.
Stay updated on all salon promotions and specials and communicate them effectively to clients.

Job Qualifications
Formal Training: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma And Completion Of A Nail Technician Program From An Accredited School Is Required For This Position.
State License: Must Have A Valid State License To Practice As A Nail Technician. This Includes Passing A Practical And Written Exam.
Technical Skills: Strong Technical Skills In Performing Various Nail Services Such As Manicures, Pedicures, Gel And Acrylic Enhancements, And Nail Art.
Customer Service: Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Maintain A Professional And Friendly Demeanor While Interacting With Clients.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity With Salon Products, Tools, And Techniques Is Essential. Must Be Able To Recommend And Sell Products To Clients To Enhance Their Salon Experience.
