ACUMEN GLOBAL invites an Academic Counsellor for our Company (Female candidates only). Candidates should have experience in Education field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist students on course selection, and career selection.
- Must have good communication skills, able to counsel students.
- Explain admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them complete the required documents.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Manage and follow-up leads
- Tele calling skill count as a plus point.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree (Any)
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Relevant experience in sales and overseas counselling profile.
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and Phone Etiquette

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
