The Role

We’re on the lookout for a skilled AI Developer with expertise in automation, ChatGPT, and Salesforce to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects that transform how we interact with customers, automate internal processes, and leverage the full potential of AI.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation Development

• Develop and deploy AI-powered automation tools to optimise workflows.
• Build, fine-tune, and maintain AI models using ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, and other NLP frameworks.
• Integrate AI models into Salesforce (Apex, Flows, Einstein AI, GPT-embedded solutions) as well as other platforms.
• Create intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants to enhance customer service and internal operations.
• Utilise machine learning models to analyse large datasets and drive predictive decision-making.

Salesforce AI Integration

• Design custom Salesforce AI solutions leveraging Einstein AI and OpenAI-powered assistants.
• Automate lead qualification, sales forecasting, and support processes in Salesforce.
• Implement AI-powered conversational workflows for elevated user experiences.
• Drive data-based decisions by optimising Salesforce through advanced AI models.

Process Automation & AI Enhancement

• Build RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions for repetitive tasks.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
• Identify process inefficiencies and deliver AI-based solutions that align with business objectives.
• Uphold security best practices and compliance standards for all AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in AI development, automation, or related fields.
• Proven experience with NLP, LLMs, ChatGPT/OpenAI, and machine learning.
• Strong background in Salesforce (Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, Einstein AI, API integrations).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for AI and automation development.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate, or Make.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Track record of designing and deploying AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Experience integrating AI models with CRM and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of data analytics and AI-driven decision-making processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Einstein AI, Salesforce GPT, or equivalent).
• Experience with vector databases and embedding models for AI-powered search.
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Experience in cloud-based AI deployment (Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google AI solutions).
• Strong grasp of data privacy, AI ethics, and compliance regulations.
