Develop and implement cutting-edge applications for Beckman Coulter’s laboratory equipment.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
Train and support internal and external users on utilizing the applications effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the applications.
Conduct research and gather data to identify customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
Create and maintain documentation for applications, including user manuals and technical specifications.
Participate in product development and enhancement projects.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions.
Continuously monitor and assess the performance of applications and make necessary improvements or updates.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of the applications.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all aspects of application development and implementation.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues within the company.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Application Support Or Implementation In A Healthcare Or Laboratory Setting.
Advanced Knowledge Of Laboratory Information Systems (Lis) And Their Integration With Other Systems.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Training And Support To End-Users.
