Provide technical support and expertise for Beckman Coulter’s laboratory equipment to ensure it is functioning at optimal levels for customers.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
Conduct product demonstrations and train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and provide input for product development.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to management on customer feedback and satisfaction.
Act as a brand ambassador for Beckman Coulter by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products and services.
Continuously improve and develop technical skills to better serve customers and provide efficient solutions.
Travel to customer sites for on-site training, support, and troubleshooting as needed.
Represent Beckman Coulter at industry conferences and events to showcase our products and services.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide timely and accurate information.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure all work is performed in compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Information Systems And Laboratory Workflows.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions.
