Monitor store entrances and exits to prevent theft and maintain a secure environment.
Conduct regular patrols of the sales floor to identify and deter potential thefts.
Utilize CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to monitor suspicious activity.
Respond to and resolve any security or safety concerns within the store.
Collaborate with store leadership and team members to develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence in cases of theft or fraud.
Train and educate store associates on proper asset protection procedures and practices.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any security concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, investigations, and security procedures.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to asset protection.
Communicate with law enforcement and legal authorities as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding asset protection and safety.
Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all job duties.
