Collaborate with law enforcement and other external partners as needed.
Train and educate store associates on proper safety and security procedures.

Conduct investigations into any reported incidents and document findings.
Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management regarding security policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in asset protection to implement best practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, reports, and any necessary documentation.
Provide support and assistance to customers and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Continuously monitor and analyze security processes and make recommendations for improvements.
