Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers on board the aircraft.
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills while overseeing and managing a team of highly skilled professionals.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols set by British Airways and aviation authorities.
Carry out pre-flight checks and inspections to ensure the aircraft is in proper working condition.
Plan and execute flight routes in an efficient and timely manner.
Communicate effectively with the first officer, flight attendants, and ground crew to ensure smooth operation of flights.
Handle any emergency situations or technical issues that may arise during the flight.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers and address any concerns or needs they may have.
Stay updated on industry and company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and detailed flight records and reports.

Job Qualifications
Airline Transport Pilot License (Atpl): The Candidate Must Hold A Valid Atpl Issued By The Civil Aviation Authority (Caa) Or Equivalent Authority.
Minimum Flight Experience: The Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of 5,000 Total Flight Hours, Of Which 1,500 Hours Must Be As Pilot-In-Command (Pic) On Multi-Crew, Multi-Engine Aircraft.
Type Rating: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid Type Rating For The Aircraft Type Operated By Ba Cityflyer, Such As The Embraer E190 Or E170.
Command Experience: The Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of 1,000 Hours Of Command Experience As Pic On Multi-Crew, Multi-Engine Aircraft, Preferably In A Commercial Airline Environment.
Medical Certification: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate Issued By An Approved Medical Examiner, In Accordance With Caa Regulations.
