Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Data Analysts. As a BDA, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights to support business decision-making. This role will allow you to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills in data analytics, and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Responsibilities:

Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with different business units to understand their data needs.
Assist in the development of business models based on data insights.
Perform statistical analysis and data validation to ensure accuracy.
Help in forecasting and projecting future trends based on historical data.
Support the data-driven decision-making process in the company.
Continuously learn and keep up with new tools, technologies, and trends in data analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and other data management tools.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
