Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their beauty needs and inquiries.
Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products to effectively educate and recommend products to customers.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of different skincare and makeup products, their benefits, and how to use them.
Create a welcoming and inviting environment for customers by maintaining a clean and organized beauty department.
Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations and following up on their beauty purchases.
Actively listen to and address customer concerns and complaints, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Attend and participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
