Stay up-to-date on all promotions and events happening within the beauty department and effectively communicate them to customers.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regularly restocking products and cleaning display areas.
Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously enhance expertise and stay informed on new products and techniques.
