Provide exceptional customer service to all JCPenney customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Share extensive knowledge and expertise of beauty products with customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers to feel comfortable and confident in exploring beauty products.
Keep up-to-date with current beauty trends and products in order to provide accurate and relevant recommendations to customers.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of JCPenney’s beauty brands and products, including their features and benefits.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the beauty department, including shelves, displays, and product inventory.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized and attentive service to encourage customer loyalty.
Collaborate with team members and managers to drive sales and achieve departmental goals.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and find resolutions in a timely manner.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in the beauty industry.
