Build and maintain relationships with customers in order to increase customer loyalty and retention.
Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to stay current on product knowledge and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
Continuously seek out ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to inventory management, cash handling, and safety protocols.
