Greet and welcome customers to the store in a warm and friendly manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs and offering personalized beauty recommendations.
Educate customers on the various beauty products and brands available at JCPenney.
Assist customers in selecting the right products for their individual beauty needs and preferences.
Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and products in order to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point of sale system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
