Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of expertise in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams, driving large-scale projects, and leveraging industry-standard tools to ensure optimal business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must require 10 + years of real time work experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development and implementation teams.
• Lead and participate in workshops and meetings to drive project objectives and solutions.
• Analyze and model current and future business processes.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
• Create and maintain business process documentation, including workflows, use cases, and data models.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear and efficient solution delivery.
• Ensure business solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation during project execution.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics.

Required Skills and Technologies:

• Business Analysis: Advanced skills in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and gap analysis.
• Project Management: Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and governance.
• Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating use cases, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Data Analysis: Knowledge of SQL for querying databases, conducting data analysis, and creating reports.
• Modeling Tools: Experience with tools such as UML, BPMN, Visio, or other process modeling software.
• ERP/CRM Systems: Experience with ERP/CRM platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
• Business Intelligence (BI): Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Collaboration Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Trello for task management and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Data Visualization: Ability to present findings using visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• – Experience with cloud-based solutions like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• – Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or Scrum Master certification.
• – Exposure to industries like finance, healthcare, or retail.
