Maintain a neat and organized cashier station and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments and ensure proper procedures are followed.
Follow company policies and procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and voids.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
Stay up-to-date on current promotions, discounts, and sales to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets and ensure a safe shopping environment.
Maintain a strong understanding of JCPenney’s products and services to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing new strategies and techniques.
