Perform cement finishing tasks on various city infrastructure projects, including roads, sidewalks, and other structures.
Ensure the safety and functionality of all finished projects.
Use a variety of tools and techniques to complete cement finishing tasks, including pouring, leveling, and smoothing.
Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of all finished work.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress and address any issues or concerns.
Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Identify and solve any problems or challenges that may arise during the cement finishing process.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new strategies or techniques to enhance project outcomes.
Keep up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for cement finishing.

Job Qualifications
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Concrete Finishing And Related Construction Work, Preferably In A Municipal Or Public Works Setting.
Thorough Knowledge Of Concrete Materials, Tools, And Techniques, Including The Ability To Mix, Pour, And Finish Concrete To Specified Standards.
Familiarity With Safety Protocols And Ability To Adhere To Safety Regulations While Working On A Construction Site.
Physical Ability To Perform Strenuous Manual Labor, Including Lifting Heavy Objects, Bending, And Standing For Extended Periods.
Excellent Teamwork And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Follow Instructions From Supervisors.
