Provide compassionate and quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents’ care and progress.
Report any changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff, and assist with implementing appropriate interventions.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to resident care.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and coworkers, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Uphold the company’s mission and values of providing exceptional care to residents.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and punctuality, ensuring coverage for assigned shifts.

Job Qualifications
Valid State Certification: A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Must Hold A Valid Certification From The State In Which They Will Be Working. This Ensures That They Have Completed The Necessary Training And Are Knowledgeable About The Job Duties And Responsibilities.
Previous Experience: Employers May Prefer Candidates Who Have Previous Experience Working As A Cna, Especially In A Skilled Nursing Or Long-Term Care Facility. This Shows That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Demands Of The Job And Can Adapt Quickly To The Work Environment.
