Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure all medications are properly stored.
Process and fill prescriptions in a timely manner, following all legal and company guidelines.
Perform medication reconciliation and ensure accuracy of patient information.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and concerns from patients and addressing any issues.
Enter and maintain patient and prescription information in the pharmacy computer system.
Prepare insurance claims and process payments for prescriptions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care.
Keep up-to-date with all pharmacy regulations and procedures.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Assist in training new pharmacy technicians and interns.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Attend training and educational programs to stay current on pharmaceutical developments and advancements.

Job Qualifications
