Job Information: Chat Moderator (Part-Time, Remote)
Job Description:
The Chat Moderator will be responsible for moderating the official Discord server of The Mayeaux Foundation. The role involves ensuring that community guidelines are followed and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate the chat, ensuring adherence to server rules.
- Delete inappropriate messages from users violating the server’s rules.
- Ban users who have multiple or serious violations.
- Mute users who engage in disruptive behavior.
- Investigate reports made by users regarding rule violations.
Pay Rate:
- Hourly Rate: $12.50 per hour
- Pay Cycle: Weekly, from Monday to Sunday
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
