Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
Follow established care plans and provide input for updates or modifications as needed.
Promote patient independence and encourage participation in activities and exercises.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, following infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure the best possible care.
Document patient care and progress accurately and promptly.
Attend staff meetings and participate in continuing education and training programs.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including confidentiality and patient rights.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards patients, families, and coworkers.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Report any concerns or incidents to the nursing team or supervisor immediately.
Maintain a neat and organized work area.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care for patients.
Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through self-directed learning and training opportunities.
Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the nursing team or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
Current Cna Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid And Current Cna Certification From An Accredited Institution.
Previous Experience In Long-Term Care: Prior Experience Working In A Long-Term Care Facility, Preferably In A Similar Role, Is Highly Preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Cna, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Patients, Family Members, And Other Healthcare Professionals On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Candidate Must Be Able To Handle The Demands Of A Busy Healthcare Facility And Be Able To Prioritize And Multitask Effectively.
Compassion And Empathy: Cnas At Pruitthealth Provide Direct Care To Patients, Many Of Whom Are Elderly Or Have Chronic Medical Conditions. Having A Compassionate And Empathetic Attitude Towards Patients Is Crucial For This Role.
