**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**

– Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

– Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.

– Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.

– Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

– Handle project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.

– Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

– Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

– Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to project teams.

– Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

**Requirements:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

– Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.

– Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

– Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

– Proficient in project management software and tools.

– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

– PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
