About the Client

We are hiring for a Data Analyst role on behalf of our client, a global leader in the online travel technology industry. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support customer service performance and KPI reports.
• Develop and maintain productivity dashboards across multiple departments to track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Create and manage dashboards for key customer service metrics to provide insights and showcase operational performance.
• Use SQL to process and enable data for various departments based on specific requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the global customer service organization to fulfill data requests effectively.

Requirements

• Education and Experience:
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with SQL in a reporting context.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or Data Studio for maintaining and managing dashboards.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel formulas (e.g., IF, Pivot Table, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Experience with large datasets and multidimensional data analysis.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Personality Traits:
• Self-driven and eager to make an impact.
• Agile and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive communicator who can create awareness and deliver insights effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
