About US Tour Operator (USTO)
USTO comprises two sister brands — Europe Express and YMT Vacations — with decades of expertise in independent and group travel for North American travelers across Europe and worldwide destinations. Together, USTO contributes to Travelopia’s $1 billion portfolio with $100 million in revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Enter and update FIT agreements for hotels, sightseeing, car rentals, rail, and transfers.
- Vendor Information: Maintain accurate and complete vendor data as per standard requirements.
- Contract Updates: Communicate changes or special offers from contracts to the Product team.
- Problem-Solving: Interpret contract provisions and business recommendations independently.
- Support: Provide excellent support and information to colleagues and assist the Product division as needed.
- Other Duties: Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in Data Entry
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Quick learner with sharp analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to interpret reports and load data into systems efficiently
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST to ensure overlap with our Barcelona, Spain office.
