Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Posting:

• Manage and post engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Ensure posts are timely, impactful, and aligned with the mental health cause.

Creative Collaboration:

• Brainstorm innovative content ideas in collaboration with the content writer.

Video Production:

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos tailored for social media.
• Be ready to travel in and around Mumbai for video shoots as needed.

Graphic Designing:

• Design simple yet compelling graphics to complement social media campaigns.

Page Growth & Engagement:

• Strategize and implement methods to grow social media pages.
• Monitor trends and audience behavior to enhance engagement.

Running Ads:

• Proficiency in running ads on Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms is essential.
• Optimize ad performance to achieve campaign goals.

Analytics & Insights:

• Analyze social media and ad campaign metrics to refine strategies and improve results.

Location: Mulund West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 2 days WFH; subject to change as needed)

Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience
