Lead the development and design of advanced and innovative electrical designs for Dell products, utilizing your expertise in the field.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as mechanical engineers and product managers, to understand product requirements and ensure successful integration of electrical designs.
Utilize your skills and knowledge to identify and solve complex electrical challenges, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance in our products.
Take ownership of the electrical design process, from concept to production, and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to continuously improve and enhance our product designs.
Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure designs meet all necessary requirements and standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate and select the best components and materials for our products.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality in the electrical design process.
Represent Dell as a technical expert in meetings and presentations with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Electrical Engineering, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Designing And Developing Electrical Systems, Including Hardware And Software Integration.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iec, Ul, And Fcc.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Teams In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
